STEVE BERRYMAN (CAPT )
After 4 years of hurt eventually led his side to the most decicive victory in cup history in 2007. Although technically gifted his achilles heel is undoubtedly his fragile temperament leading to disasters such as last years singles fiasco . He is determined to guide the Falcons to a second Cotswold Connections Cup.

PAUL COLLIER
Golfer guaranteed to give a strong performance. Neat compact swing means mistakes are minimal .Has no weaknesses from tee to green but is another Falcon to suffer from a duspect putting stroke when under pressure . Paul has been knocking on the door for indidual honours and is certainly one for the short list for 2009

MARK PRICHARD:
Despite his desperate rookie season Mark has improved dramatically as a player and competitor culminating in last years impressive victory. Now has the burden of defending champion and a diminishing handicap resting on his shoulders. With his cool manner and languid swing he has the tools at his disposal to cope!

Has a fantastic scoring average . 2005 individual champion and 2006/2008 runner up bare testament to this scoring machines consistency. ANDY BUDNICK
Length off the tee enabled him to secure the king of the 5's crown in 2005. Has a solid match play record in pairs matches and enjoys the physcological aspect of the game when he has a partner by his side. On his own however he has a tendency to crumble like a wendsledale as the mind games begin! That said he has had some tough asignments in recent years and was arguabley the Falcons top performer in 2008. Big things expecteded this year

ALAN BOORMAN
Like his side kick Dave Roscoe Big Al has been a stalwart of the Cotswold Connections Cup. He is the highest points scorer for the Falcons in their 6 year history.Undoubtedly produced the performance of 08 with seven 4s ( talking dice not his scorecard unfortunately ) His presence will be sorely missed at this years renewal both on the course and at the bar. Lets hope he is on gardening leave rather than full time retirement!

RICHARD COX
Coxy as he is affectionately known, has a very solid all round points record despite his abysmal scoring average with an uncanny knack of producing a big shot when needed. Like a Pit Bull Terrier on the course...oh I'm not referring to his tenacious nature...he just looks like one!

MALCOLM HAYES:
Despite going AWOL in 2007 Malcolm has been welcomed back into the Falcon family. A very steady all round game enabled him to become King of the 3's in 2006. Consistency is the name of the game with Malcolm and his ability to find fairways and greens make him an excellent pairs partner.

J.B.RAYBAUD
Massive progress in 2007 saw J.B go undefeated. Unlike most Frenchmen is always up for a battle and his determination to improve has meant he has developed a lovely languid swing. Showed great loyalty to the Falcons by jetting back from Spain to join up with his his team mates although must have been suffering from jet lag unfortunately as he was the only Falcon not to register a contribution. Has taken steps to rectify this by moving back to the UK to enhance his preparation ! ALEX GRETTON NEIL McPHERSON ROOKIES
